Friday, September 7th. Diagnostic (does not count as a grade!) test on grammar. Bring vocabulary book, THE HOBBIT, and your composition book to class. Turn in your summer reading summary (of your 3rd book which you chose yourself).

Monday, September 10th. HOBBIT Chapter 1 due.

Tuesday. September 11th. Vocabulary unit 1 due; summer reading exam on BOUND and THE GHOST OF TOKAIDO INN.

Wednesday, September 12th. HOBBIT chapter 2 due.

Thursday, September 13th. Bring grammar book to class.

Friday, September 14th. HOBBIT chapter 3-4 due. Bring outside reading book to class.
